PORRIDGE

Yes, the rumors are true... I bought porridge oats for breakfast. I was happily thinking they were calorie free. But oh no. Apparently if you make it with semi skimmed milk there is like 7g of fat in it 3g saturates. Museli is less than that and no doubt a light cheese triangle on bread. Maybe it is better that toast and butter though.

Other than this porridge revalation, my cold is just a cold now and not flu. Yay.

The Wildhearts are playing The Corporation (Rock club I regularly inhabit) on the 3rd of May! And tickets are on sale now and I want some desparately. James says he will get some as soon as he gets paid at the end of the month. I hope so. I'm so excited!

Im back baby!!! hey... porridge is alot healthier and you cant cut fat out of your diet completly you just have to go steady with it. For example if you eat a bowl of porrige with 7g of fat in it, it is more likly to keep you full till lunch time and cut out any eating in between meals so there!!! * waggles tongue*
